I think the enzyme lab was a good lab to start off with, especially with a titration in it. Although the concentrations turned out to be a pain in the butt, we were still able finish the lab with time left! We had enough time to do more experiments as well. We figured that the enzyme (catalase) worked too well because it was too concentrated. Our whole first day was just finding the base line. We re-did the base line the second day, and it took way less time than the first day did. This lab really helped me understand the enzyme speeding up reactions!
